Lewis was very clear and concise in his communication. He is really nice and friendly, and knows a lot about cars and transporting cars - because he is also a mechanic!
You can rest assured with him he will get the job done - there was a big storm when he had to travel across the North Island to pick up my car. He still was there on time, and delivered on time too.

Lewis did an outstanding job transporting my fiberglass cart from Nelson to Auckland. From the very beginning, his communication was prompt and professional. When unexpected issues arose, he was quick to keep me informed and even took the time to call with updates. Lewis is an honest and trustworthy person, he was upfront about delays, sincerely apologised, and even offered compensation for the late drop-off (which was completely out of his control, as he suffered not one but two trailer punctures). Overall, his service is exceptional and a rare find these days. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From S. Island West Coast to N. Island Taupo -

After departing the day before myself, Lewis travelled with my car to Nelson for an overnight before taking the Bluebridge ferry - arriving in Taupo the day after. He arrived just 4 hours after myself who had flown via Rotorua. In total, Lewis arrived in Taupo just 4 hours after myself. Every contingency was covered, and no issues occurred. Lewis covers possible challenges before they occur. His private home area was flooding during the transfer but this did not prevent him from sticking to his contract delivering to the letter. Oustanding management and customer service skills.,

Lewis kept us up to date throughout the delivery.
I would highly recommend & use their service again.
