Oneline Transporters (Transportable Living NZ ) offers experienced mature owner/operators with over 20 years of experience in all areas of transporting, general freight, furniture removal, heavy machinery operator, and cartage of modular homes.

We have covered the full spectrum from the tip of the North to the bottom of the South in Transportable Living NZ private jobs and continue to build testimonies of satisfaction through Wise Move jobs and through our Transportable Living NZ social media page . We can move cabins up to 13m long. ( check our page out for some of the jobs we have done- We are not very good at keeping up to date, but we try and post pics every now and then!

I enjoy transporting vehicles, courier services, cabins, tiny homes & special items and have learned from working within the wider transport industry over many years that doing what you say you will do is most important. Whatever we carry is carried with care & consideration of your needs.

- Our Terms of Business -

My office will contact me during standard business hours to relay urgent messages. Please respect that I can't always receive calls personally or check messages while driving. While we endeavor to meet specified pick-up and delivery timeframes, we ask that you allow a two to five-day margin in the event detours, inclement weather, roadblocks/closures, pre-booked schedule, and unexpected delays outside of the driver's control occur.

Please provide clear pick-up and delivery instructions when booking your job, as a copy of that is included in my schedule. If, for some reason, we can't get to your door or letterbox, we will get as close as safely possible and will ask you to collect or drive the vehicle /unit to where it is required.

Note: we do not guarantee 3rd party estimates or quotes. It is your responsibility to communicate directly with other contractors. We stand behind our Terms of Business for Transporting your goods only. If, for some reason, a pilot or Hiab is required, we advise that you confirm their quote directly. An estimate is not a quote.

Payment terms are upon booking the job as soon as you receive our invoice with banking details OR if cash on collection has been agreed to by my office, this must be paid before your unit is released.

Our aim is to gain 100% satisfaction for every job. However, we are realistic that delays outside of our control can sometimes occur. If we experience "unreasonable" waiting time at either pickup or delivery, you will be charged $20.00 for every 30 minutes thereafter.

To that end, every customer is a valued customer, and for repeat or referred business, we're happy to reward you. It is important to us that we meet your expected high level of customer satisfaction and you allow us to do our job without constant calls.

Please note, if you have double booked your job and I have tried to fulfill my commitment to collect your vehicle, you will still be liable for our fee and any costs incurred to collect payment. Please be aware booking dates are first in, first served.

- Insurance -

While every care is taken during the transporting of your goods, in the unlikely event that we are at fault for any damage to your property while in transit, we recommend you include a cover for "goods in transit" to your policy. We have carrier's liability.

- Auction Cars -

Where a vehicle is an auction "as is where is" purchase, we will not be held responsible for missing, broken, loose parts, flat or blown tires or faulty engine parts while loading on onto our trailer, driving to our depot for loading or in the transportation of your unit.

Unfortunately, loose item found under car which was noisy when driving. They were no thrumming noises before pickup as confirmed by very particular previous owner. A plastic protective cover had to be refixed. No sign-off of delivery paperwork was provided. Communication and cooperation were excellent.
