We can store your items as well if you need temporary storage. Storage options available in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

* All Removals are to be packed and ready to go.

*We don't assemble or disassemble. Nor take whiteware off the cabinets or whatso ever.


Our staff are happy to assist putting furniture in rooms where needed but all done at owners risk. No liability taken .No assembly or dis assembly.

Television Sets
Please note:
TVs which are not in a box, don't qualify for Goods in Transit insurance if damaged.
Customers responsibility to box ( ALL CARE TAKEN BUT)

MIRRORS
ALL MIRRORS ARE TO BE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED.
WE DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF BROKEN / CRACKED.
FOR MIRRORS AS THEY ARE VERY FRAGILE.WE WILL TRY OUR BEST THOUGH.NO CLAIMS CONSIDERED.


Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
In the event of Cancellations or change of mind the following applies:

Pickup Cancellations 72 hours or earlier :
30% of full booking costs

Pickup cancellations 24 to 72hours prior to pick up or : 50 % charge of total costs

Pickup cancellations 24 hrs or less: 100% liability of full costs

SOUTH ISLAND BOOKINGS
If a ferry has been booked, and customer cancels , then the customer is liable for full ferry costs, plus any cancellations as above will apply too.

When booking :
Please note quotes are for inventory list mentioned on wise move platform. We don't charge by the hour but according to inventory list provided by you.
Anything extra will be extra charge, or left behind

UNPAID BILLS WILL BE REFERED TO COLLECTION AGENCIES FOR COLLECTION ( ALL COSTS TO BE BOURNE BY CUSTOMER)

Furniture,Fragile freight and car transport.

We are small owner-driver operations moving company.
We have capacity to load from 1 cubic to 250 cubic meters in 1 day.


We have moved householders furniture from Auckland right up to north to Kaitaia and down south to Dunedin.


We have a fleet of well maintained trucks and a capable team so we will not let you down.

We have experience in moving single item,full house lots,retail shop furniture delivery,full warehouse and shop moving


For vehicle pickup and delivery . We use multi car carrier transporter that operates between Auckland to christchurch and back.
We can pickup and deliver between major towns and cities on the route which includes Hamilton,Wellington,picton and Blenhiem.

For pickup of vehicles in auckland,either customers can drop off to our yard at 5c Holmes Road or we can pickup from the customer(additional charges may apply for collection of vehicles from customers premises or yard)

For Delivery pickup and delivery in Hamilton,Wellington,Picton and Blenhiem will arranged prior to pickup or delivery.

For christchurch the vehicles can be collected from
15 Wilkinsons Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8051 during working hours 7 days a week.

We are able to move both mobile and immobile vehicles.
For immobile vehicles there is additional cost involved.
This will be quoted during the inquiry or job quoting.


Insurance

All goods are carried at owners risk unless arrangements are made for transit insurance

Carriers Liability insurance has very basic and limited cover and will not have a full cover.

We encourage and promote to all our customers to purchase their own transit insurance.
