Hi, I'm a sports coach coaching basketball all year, rip rugby and rugby league in the winter and then touch, tag and help with softball in summer. We support all clubs and codes but mostly clubs in Mt Roskill, Lynfield and Blockhouse Bay. I'm doing deliveries to help towards sports fundraising for equipment, boots, uniforms, fees, POD prizes etc. Thanks. Coach Taki

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I found out couch cannot be collected tomorrow. It could be done on Saturday or Sunday or next Wednesday. Please confirm that you would still be interested and that you have two people to lift as couch is pull out bed style so quite heavy and I have back issue so cannot help lift. Also as mentioned driveway is very steep at Wiles Ave.

Our prices are really cheap as we try to do a lot of backloading services to ensure you and all other customers are getting a great deal and professional service.

Auckland Move & Go Terms and Conditions:

1) 48 hour cancellation notice required to avoid minimum one hour charge.
2) Booking times are estimates only; delays due to traffic, earlier bookings, weather conditions and access issues can affect start times. You will, however, be notified if there is a delay to your estimated start time.
3) All removals are at owner’s risk. It is acknowledged, agreed, and declared that the Contract of Carriage evidenced hereby is a Contract for Carriage at owner’s risk. This means that the company as carrier will pay no compensation if the goods are lost or damaged unless the company intentionally loses or damages them. It is best to check with yoire contentinsurnace provider to see if transportationof your belongingsare covered.
4) Payment is made in full at the end of the removal with bank transfer or cash. All prices quoted are gst inclusive.
5) Please inform the office if you have any access issues at either of your properties; overhanging trees, narrow or steep driveways or clearways outside your property. This will help us to ensure to send the most accurate fleet option. All pricing estimates are an indication only, while we do our best to keep these accurate they can fluctuate. [SHOW LESS]

Ultimately v polite and did a good a good job. Being non English speaking as 1 st language did mean that we missed having clear communication when I messaged after accepting the quote. It would have been helpful to have a response confirming the details. Otherwise great job.
