Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
In the event of Cancellations or change of mind the following applies:

Pickup Cancellations 54 hours earlier : No charges

Pickup cancellations 24 to 54 hours prior to pick up or : 50 % charge of total costs

Pickup cancellations 24 hrs or less: 100% liability of full costs

SOUTH ISLAND BOOKINGS
if a ferry has been booked, and customer cancels , then the customer is liable for full ferry costs, plus any cancellations as above will apply too.

When booking _ please note quotes are for inventory list mentioned in wise move. We don't charge by hour but according to inventory list provided by you. Anything extra will be extra charge, or left behind
