Terms
Please ensure your Wise Move estimate is as accurate as possible. We allocate trucks based on this estimate. Failure to list all goods may result in additional charges or items being left behind. If you are concerned please contact us prior to job commencement to discuss. Last minute capacity is often sold at a premium.
A 50% deposit is required for any job over $1000 prior to job commencement. This is non refundable within 72 hours of commencement, unless we cancel the job.
We strictly cart at owners risk. If we damage items where we are clearly at fault (vehicle accident or similar) we are liable for your home and contents excess or $2000 as per carriage of goods act, whichever is lesser. Please note this does not apply to any electronic item unless it is in tradition from a retail store, in this case it falls under our carriers liability insurance.
Please note all jobs are quoted with a maximum load and unload time of two hours at each end. Should we exceed this time due to access issues or another reason beyond our control we reserve the right to charge $99 per 30 minutes this is exceeded.
LoadMovers Limited is not liable for any charges due to being delayed. Traffic and ferry schedules are largely outside of our control and while we do our best to meet deadlines, some delays are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding
Unpaid Invoices may be referred to Debt Collection, and will incur addtional Fees and Charges which the Client will be liable for.
LoadMovers Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to abuse or violence of any kind. Our team have been instructed to leave any situation where a customer is verbally or physically or if they feel threatened in any way. We understand moving is a stressful time, but please be kind.
Unless a request for packaging or installation has been arranged prior we do not remove items physically attached to the house or dismantle items. This needs to be done prior unless we are arranged prior.
Items are generally taken as presented and we reserve the right to refuse unpackaged items, particularly fragile items we feel are at risk of breaking or being marked due to our “owners risk” stance.

Confirm delivery of new equipment, furnishings, stationery, etc.
Secure floor plan to each floor in your new premises to assist with correct placement of items and ensure Nz Best Movers has copies one week prior to move
Finalise arrangements for access, keys and codes for Nz Best Movers staff
Arrange for staff to visit the new site for pre-move familiarisation purposes
Finalise start time on the day of your move
Confirm items for storage or for distribution to other offices

Mighty Movers is a relatively new moving company based in Milford, North Shore. My background is accountancy but I was looking for a business to get me out of the office. Our team of friendly, fast and fit movers can move anything from household items to your full house load of furniture. We can move office furniture or your whole office. Pianos and statues - no problem.
We can deliver Auckland wide and beyond. Our team is happy to work on Sundays and Public Holidays without extra charges. We even work after dark if it suits the client, especially with CBD moves where loading during the day can be problematic.
When researching the industry the common complaint from clients was unexpected or hidden charges. I have decided to take a different approach. We offer fixed prices based on your inventory list; and when we fix a price, that is the total price for the declared inventory. We don't have an overtime rate and we don't have any hidden extra costs.
We hold Carriers Insurance from Vero to $250,000 each load and public liability insurance through Lumley of $2M, so you can be assured that your goods are covered from risk during the move.
We may not always be the lowest price quoted but when comparing quotes, make sure you consider aspects such as whether the price is a quote or just an estimate because of overtime rates. Make sure your goods will be insured during the move and have a look at prior feedback.
We don't require a deposit and don't charge a cancellation fee. We take payment on delivery by bank transfer, EFTPOS or credit card.
