Car arrived in good time and with great communication despite the weather being awful. Car had no front window so unfortunately water had gotten inside from the rain. Yes I took the risk of shipping with no window but more care could have been taken to cover the car better as the tarp that was used barely covered the front window. Unfortunately on the way down the sunroof and rear plastic trims have torn off and been lost in transit due to front window not being covered well enough I suspect. Driver wasn't too fussed that they had gone unfortunately. Quite disappointed as now it will set me back over $1000 plus to replace these parts.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Unfortunately the time this vehicle was picked up, stored and delivered weather was horrendous. When car was picked up it was torrential rain, car had no windscreen and was fully uncovered. Transported to mitre 10, tarpaulin purchased and car was covered. On the journey from whangarei to sth Auckland where I'm based tarpaulin was not looking pretty. I purchased another tarpaulin and covered car while stored. Car was loaded onto trailer and recovered. On the 600km journey I needed to go via napier (weather still torrential) half way along napier taupo road the tarpaulin disintegrated and car was left uncovered until I got to napier. Mind I'm 16.5m long my parking availability is small. Got parking at the warehouse and the selection was little to none of tarpaulin. So i purchased 3 small 1s which is basically all that was available. Continuing to upper hutt i used all 3 of the tarps. I did a delivery in lower hutt, fixed up the last tarpaulin as good as possible and sunroof was still in roof. So unfortunately in the slow drive from lower hutt to upper hutt the sunroof has come loose (possibly from the extremely bumpy roadworks) and bounced out. The trim at the rear possibly got damaged when 1 of the many tarps came apart.
Please note tarpaulin are designed for stationary covering and not really for mobile transport.
All care and time was taken to protect your car during transport and in storage, unfortunately bad timing of the storm and wind.
