WE’RE FUNDRAISING

Hi,

I'm a part-time volunteer sports COACH and I'm using my HIGH ROOF VAN and COVERED CAGED TRAILER to doing 1 PERSON MOVING JOBS PART-TIME to help with FUNDRAISING for sports gear, uniforms, fess, etc. I specialize in 1 PERSON AFTER HOURS and WEEKEND moves, EXTRA EARLY and EXTRA LATE to fit around my full-time job and sports games and trainings.

FUNDRAISING -
We're FUNDRAISING for kid's sports I help coach

3) Rugby league

FUNDS -
Our fundraising is to help towards
1) Sports Equipment/Gear etc,
2) Boots & Uniforms
3) Fees
4) POD Prizes & Prize Givings,
5) EOY Outings
6) Team hoodies/Tees etc.
(Also we have a list and you can choose what you would like your koha to go towards).

CLUBS/SCHOOLS/TEAMS -
I have eight kids playing sports and we support all clubs/schools and codes but MOSTLY CLUBS/SCHOOLS/TEAMS in

5) New Lynn
We help with

2) Managing
3) Transporting
4) Fundraising

HISTORY -
I have successfully completed over 200 moving jobs from a single chair to a slate billiard table and everything in between.
I also have several years building experience which helps to problem solve and be able to get the tricky jobs done.

DAYS & TIMES -
We have the following pick up times available

1) WEEKENDS (SATURDAYS) -
Saturday mornings (9:00-11:30am pick ups)
Saturday afternoons (4:30-5:00pm pick up)
Saturday evenings (8:30-9:00pm pick up)

2) WEEKENDS (SUNDAYS) -
Sunday mornings (9:00-9:30am pick up)
Sunday afternoons (3:00-3:30pm pick up)
Sunday evenings (8:30-9:00pm pick up)

3) WEEKDAYS (LUNCHTIME BREAK) -
Mon-Thu lunchtimes (11:00-12:00pm pick up)

4) WEEKDAYS (AFTER HOURS) -
Tue, Thu afternoons (6:00-7:00pm pick up) (After work)
Mon, Wed, Fri evenings (8:30-9:00pm pick up) (After trainings/games)

We have a bit of flexibility outside these days & times.
All times are approximate and need to be confirmed prior to booking. We will also txt a pick up ETA on the day closer to the time.

PAYMENT -
You could pay by
1) Cash
2) Internet Banking into our fundraising account
3) Pay for a quote directly to a supplier
4) Pay directly to club/school/team manager account
(This is koha based for fundraising so pay what you think is fair I donate my time and use of my van to fundraise).

FIXED PRICE QUOTE -
The final price will be a fixed price quotation to move all items on your inventory list from the collection address to the delivery address according to the scope as per your job post.

QUOTE FOR LISTED ITEMS ONLY -
Our quote is for listed items only. We use our high roof van and covered caged trailer
Please let us know any additional items and quantity of each item to be moved that are not listed in the job listing. Any additional items may be charged up front as additional to our original quote. We also need to confirm items will fit.

QUOTE FOR MOVING ONLY -
Our quote is for moving only. All dismantling, disassembling, wrapping, boxing, packaging and covering to be done by customer prior to pick up.
We provide moving trolleys and dolleys, moving blankets, sheets, towels and tie downs as required to move and protect items during moving and transit.

COMMUNICATIONS (WEBSITE ONLY) -
As we deal with several moving jobs all at the same time with potentially multiple contacts for each job we REQUIRE all our initial communications be done through the WEBSITE MESSAGES ONLY. If you prefer txt or calls then we're not the carrier for you. We do not txt before moving day and we do not pass info over phone calls. Using the website messages allows us to keep a written record of info and link all communications to their specific job, so they don't get forgotten or lost amongst a multiple txt messages for a multiple of jobs.

We will communicate via txt on the day of the move. Please send through any mobile numbers for pick up and drop off if we don't have them yet.
