*We don't assemble or disassemble. Nor take whiteware off the cabinets or whatso ever.


Our staff are happy to assist putting furniture in rooms where needed but all done at owners risk. No liability taken .No assembly or dis assembly.

TVs which are not in a box, don't qualify for Goods in Transit insurance if damaged.
Customers responsibility to box ( ALL CARE TAKEN BUT)

WE DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF BROKEN / CRACKED.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
In the event of Cancellations or change of mind the following applies:

Pickup Cancellations 72 hours or earlier :
30% of full booking costs

Pickup cancellations 24 to 72hours prior to pick up or : 50 % charge of total costs

Pickup cancellations 24 hrs or less: 100% liability of full costs

SOUTH ISLAND BOOKINGS
if a ferry has been booked, and customer cancels , then the customer is liable for full ferry costs, plus any cancellations as above will apply too.

When booking :
_ please note quotes are for inventory list mentioned in Wise Move. We don't charge by hour but according to inventory list provided by you. Anything extra will be extra charge, or left behind

By accepting the quote, you agree to our terms and conditions.

CHASE Motorcycle Movers

CHASE Motorcycle Movers is a company specialising in the transportation of motorcycles around New Zealand. Our company has been in operation since 2002 - is currently based in Auckland since 2017.

We take great care in securing your bike with customised ratchet straps that do not come loose, and we use clean microfibre clothes below our straps where there is a potential to mark your bike. Simply book the job, and we will organise everything, from pickup dates and times with the seller to delivery dates and times with you.

We give plenty of notice and contact both the seller and you prior to pick up and delivery. We also let the seller, and you know how we are tracking on the day regarding time, and we inform you once we have your bike onboard. Keeping you fully informed, from booking the job to delivering your motorcycle, is standard practice for us.

Our vehicles are fully enclosed, custom-designed and built for the transportation of motorcycles to help protect your pride and joy whilst in transit.

If you care about your bike and want it looked after as if you were moving it yourself, we are the company to do that for you. Give us a try; you won’t be disappointed.

We have a special focus on transporting two-wheeled motorcycles around New Zealand, but we also transport trikes, quads, and farm vehicles. With over 15 years of experience in the motorcycle transport industry, we serve some of the largest dealerships in the country as well as private buyers. We offer full protection - enclosed deliveries with our fleet of Mercedes vans as well as shielded trailer transportation.

All deliveries are covered by Carriers Liability, but additional full coverage insurance can be arranged beforehand for high-value items via our partnership with STAR Insure. Otherwise, the Carriage of Goods Act 1979 Sect 8 - 28 applies "at the owner's risk".

Out of a need to transport our own Motorcycles, Dr Moto Transport was born to spread the transport cost to offer you the customer a quick, affordable and all round excellent service end to end.

What To Expect:

-You place the booking through the Wise Move website.
-Pickup & delivery dates are confirmed once booking placed via email.
-Invoice for payment sent to your email and payment made via bank transfer or card over the phone or other.
-We discuss the delivery with both parties to make sure the service runs smoothly.
-Any extras to go with the vehicle noted for the delivery (fees apply)
-The customer preps the bike for collection, any loose items secured, mirrors folded in, any service manuals etc strapped to the bike and secure.
-We call/txt to confirm ETA of collection, approximately 1 hour out from collection.
-We call/txt to confirm ETA of delivery, approximately 1 hour out from delivery.
-Delivery complete 😁

Other Services:

*Intermediary Service - Payment of Goods (private sale)
We can offer the service as an intermediary, we charge an extra $40.00 for this service for visual inspection of goods prior to payment, phone call/txt party to party and photos of goods for the receiver.

*Transport of motorcycle spares with your motorcycle delivery. A $25 fee applies to good to fit into a banana box, anything else such as fairings/wheels etc, please advise so we can quote.

*Motorcycle Storage
We can store your motorcycle if needed; please reach out for this service.

*Motorcycle Service
Does your motorcycle need a service while in transit? We can carry out a range of services from WOF to full engine repairs & tuning. Get in touch if you'd like to book a service with our fully qualified Motorcycle Technicians, experts in Yamaha, Aprilia, Ducati, Triumph, Honda + more.
If you have bought the bike sight unseen, we do recommend a post-sale inspection / basic service for peace of mind, motoring and safety, especially when buying privately.

*Motorcycle Finance & Insurance

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations are non-refundable once booking routes are planned unless the following conditions are met:
We can no longer deliver the vehicle due to force majeure.
The delivery time frame unexpectedly can no longer be met on our end and the collection delivery service has not commenced (we will advise you if this becomes the case).
