All goods are carried at the owner's risk unless arrangements are made for transit insurance. Carriers Liability insurance has very basic and limited coverage and will not provide full coverage. We encourage and strongly recommend that all our customers purchase their own transit insurance.

This means that load carrier is not responsible for damage, theft or vehicle contents. This extends to while in transit, parked or stored. Unless in the unlikely event we are at fault, our insurance covers up to $2000 incl GST for any liable damage only.
All non-runners and pre-damaged vehicles are relocated at the ownerâs risk.
We recommend having comprehensive insurance cover in place (Normal full car insurance) and ensuring your policy extends to âin transit between places in New Zealandâ. This covers your vehicle when using a professional transport provider, by definition a company with a Transport Service Licence
