Our staff are happy to assist putting furniture in rooms where needed but all done at owners risk. No liability taken .No assembly or dis assembly.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
In the event of Cancellations or change of mind the following applies:

Pickup Cancellations 72 hours or earlier :
30% of full booking costs

Pickup cancellations 24 to 72hours prior to pick up or : 50 % charge of total costs

Pickup cancellations 24 hrs or less: 100% liability of full costs

SOUTH ISLAND BOOKINGS
if a ferry has been booked, and customer cancels , then the customer is liable for full ferry costs, plus any cancellations as above will apply too.

When booking :
_ please note quotes are for inventory list mentioned in Wise Move. We don't charge by hour but according to inventory list provided by you. Anything extra will be extra charge, or left behind

We can help with anything from picking up and delivering your purchases from stores, to helping with your house or office moves from Auckland to anywhere in the North or South Island. We also backload, covering the entire country!

We can collect your loads for delivery, and deliver within 2-4 working days same Island, and 2 - 8 working days between Islands, sometimes even the same day depending on locations.
If you have a specific timeframe in mind, please ask before booking.

Experienced staff, and some of the cheapest rates you'll find because we don't have huge overheads like the big companies do.
We are a GST registered, and WINZ Registered NZ Company, who do things professionally, legally, ethically.

Terms
Please ensure your Wise Move estimate is as accurate as possible. We allocate trucks based on this estimate. Failure to list all goods may result in additional charges or items being left behind. If you are concerned please contact us prior to job commencement to discuss. Last minute capacity is often sold at a premium.

A 50% deposit is required for any job over $1000 prior to job commencement. This is non refundable within 72 hours of commencement, unless we cancel the job.

We strictly cart at owners risk. If we damage items where we are clearly at fault (vehicle accident or similar) we are liable for your home and contents excess or $2000 as per carriage of goods act, whichever is lesser. Please note this does not apply to any electronic item unless it is in tradition from a retail store, in this case it falls under our carriers liability insurance.

Please note all jobs are quoted with a maximum load and unload time of two hours at each end. Should we exceed this time due to access issues or another reason beyond our control we reserve the right to charge $99 per 30 minutes this is exceeded.

LoadMovers Limited is not liable for any charges due to being delayed. Traffic and ferry schedules are largely outside of our control and while we do our best to meet deadlines, some delays are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding

Unpaid Invoices may be referred to Debt Collection, and will incur addtional Fees and Charges which the Client will be liable for.

LoadMovers Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to abuse or violence of any kind. Our team have been instructed to leave any situation where a customer is verbally or physically or if they feel threatened in any way. We understand moving is a stressful time, but please be kind.

Unless a request for packaging or installation has been arranged prior we do not remove items physically attached to the house or dismantle items. This needs to be done prior unless we are arranged prior.
Items are generally taken as presented and we reserve the right to refuse unpackaged items, particularly fragile items we feel are at risk of breaking or being marked due to our “owners risk” stance.

A little bit about us;

We are small family owned Waikato based car transport company. We are passionate car enthusiasts outside of our day job which gives us a good understanding what it takes to offer up your car to be transported.

Aside from cars, we can also transport freight, small/medium farm equipment, machinery, wheels, motorbikes and other goods.

We are currently doing two to four weekly trips from the Auckland region to the rest of the North Island. Once the ferries are more reliable we also intend to do one Auckland to Christchurch trip weekly.

CHASE Motorcycle Movers is a company specialising in the transportation of motorcycles around New Zealand. Our company has been in operation since 2002 - currently based in Auckland since 2017.
We take great care securing your bike with customised ratchet straps that do not come loose and we use clean microfibre clothes below our straps where there is a potential to mark your bike. Simply book the job and we organise everything, from pickup dates and times with the seller, to delivery dates and times with you. We give plenty of notice and contact both the seller and you prior to pick up and delivery. We also let the seller and you know how we are tracking on the day regarding time, and we inform you once we have your bike onboard. Keeping you fully informed from booking the job to delivering your motorcycle is standard practice for us.

Our vehicles are fully enclosed, custom designed and built for the transportation of motorcycles to help protect your pride and joy whilst in transit.

We pick up from a specific location and deliver to any destination of your choice throughout the North and South Islands of New Zealand, that's our door to door service for you. We offer a direct, personal service with no depots, which makes it easy, simple and stress free for you.
Cars are transported behind our up to date transport van on our specially equipped flat deck fully braked trailer secured for safe transport and equipped with a winch, if required. Motorbikes are secured safely in our specially equipped transport van. Boats are towed on the back of our transport van.
