Welcome to Tiny Truck. We offer various services, including furniture delivery, house and office relocations, rubbish removal, and packing. We are constantly dedicated to providing a great and enjoyable service while being extremely affordable.

We currently have two vehicles in our fleet, one being an open tray mini truck that can comfortably carry single-item furniture and dispose of any rubbish kicking around. The other vehicle is a 12 cubic meter box truck that handles 1 to 2 bedroom houses with ease.

We keep costs low by offering a one-mover plus a truck option, allowing you to save a few bucks and get a bit of exercise. if that's not what you're after, we have a great team of professional movers to cater to any job thrown at them.

Please advise that we currently don't offer insurance for goods while we are loading/unloading and relocating them. therefore it is at the owner's risk. Even though our movers have plenty of experience and are always extremely careful with everyone's belongings, mistakes can happen.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most reputable and experienced moving service providers in Hamilton, Auckland, and all over New Zealand.

We also offer moving services for areas outside of Waikato, Auckland, and throughout New Zealand.

We have weekly deliveries for Trade Me purchases throughout the North Island, and fortnightly deliveries to anywhere in New Zealand.

We have trucks in various sizes, ranging from 8 cubic meters to 85 cubic meters, to accommodate any size of load, from a single item to a 5-bedroom house.

Terms & Conditions:

Our minimum charge is 1 hour, with subsequent charges billed in 30-minute increments. We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, or internet banking on trucks. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and secure access (driveway, pathway, parking, etc.) to the property. An additional charge of $60.00 per item will apply for any extra-heavy or oversize items, such as pool tables or pianos. Customers must inform us in advance if they have any items of this nature. Conditions apply

Customers must also inform us of any bridges on the way to the property and any weight restrictions on those bridges at the time of booking. If the access is difficult, we may need to use trailers or an extra moving team, incurring additional costs that the customer must cover.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days for hourly price jobs, you will incur a minimum fee of 3 hours. For fixed price jobs, the full amount will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, half of the above-mentioned fees will be forfeited. Full payment is required upon completion or before, depending on the conditions outlined above. Failure to pay on time will result in a late fee of $100.00 + GST, with additional charges of $500.00 every 24 hours.

Any accounts in default will be referred to third-party debt collectors, and the defaulter will be responsible for all associated costs.

Unless specified, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST and are for 2 men and a truck. All goods are carried at the owner's risk, so please ensure that you have insurance organized. You must organize your own insurance.

The company does not take liability for any broken glass or non-functioning electrical appliances after transit, unless they were factory-packed.

If a second vehicle is used in a small truck or trailer due to limited capacity or weight restrictions on a bridge, the hourly rate will apply, and all additional costs will be charged to the customer, regardless of it being a fixed price or hourly job.

If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay the customer's booking by up to 2 hours without waiving any fees. If the delay is longer than 2 hours, the customer will be notified, and an agreement will be reached at the company's discretion.

Any misconduct or unacceptable behavior towards our staff members may result in the termination of the customer's booking at the company's discretion.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the same bank account from which the payment originated.

Express Movers

Furniture, fragile freight, pallet and general freight, and car transport.

We work for some of the country's largest furniture and white ware retailers: Harvey Norman and PB Tech. We also work with one of the largest car dealerships, 2 Cheap Cars.

We have the capacity to load from 1 cubic to 250 cubic meters in one day.

We have moved household furniture from Auckland all the way up to Kaitaia and down south to Dunedin.

Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, and our capable team ensures that we will not let you down.

We have experience in moving single items, full house lots, retail shop furniture delivery, full warehouse and shop moving.

For vehicle pickup and delivery, we use a multi-car carrier transporter that operates between Auckland and Christchurch. We can also pick up and deliver between major towns and cities on the route, including Hamilton, Taupo, Wellington, Picton, and Blenheim. Please ensure that the pickup and drop-off locations are wide and open roads, making it easy for our car carrier truck to load and unload your vehicle.

For pickup and delivery of vehicles in Auckland or Christchurch, customers can either drop them off at our yard at 564 Great South Road in Runciman, Auckland, or at 15 Wilkinsons Road in Harewood, Christchurch. We can also arrange for pickup or drop off at the customer's address for an additional cost. Please give us 1 to 2 hours' notice before picking up or delivering your vehicle.

For pickup and delivery in Hamilton, Wellington, Picton, and Blenheim, we will arrange the date and time beforehand.

We are able to move both mobile and immobile vehicles. For immobile vehicles, there will be additional costs, which will be quoted during the inquiry or job quoting process.

Insurance:

All goods are carried at the owner's risk unless arrangements are made for transit insurance.

Carriers Liability insurance has very basic and limited coverage and will not provide full coverage.

We encourage and strongly recommend that all our customers purchase their own transit insurance.

By accepting the quote, you agree to the terms and conditions of Express Movers. These terms and conditions, along with any other moving documents (if applicable), will be considered as a legal contract between you and Express Movers, and will be considered as "a writing signed and authorized by You" under any applicable law or regulation.
