Punctuality on pick very good. 3 staff did a good job.
Arranged time on delivery was 4 hours late, with only 2 staff made it long and inefficient with the 2 guys becoming tired .
They did move things to furniture positions as requested.
Overall 7/10.

We would also like to clarify a couple of points. As per your original booking on Wise Move (shown in the attached screenshot), you requested a two-person moving team. However, we provided three movers during collection at no additional cost to make the process quicker and more efficient.

Additionally, Auckland to Hamilton moves are normally completed on the same day. However, at your request, we arranged overnight storage of your belongings at no extra charge.

We sincerely apologise for the four-hour delay in delivery and understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We always strive to provide a reliable and professional service, and we will take your feedback on board to improve our scheduling and communication.

Team was great, they communicated well on the day, arrived on time and introduced themselves. They moved quickly and regularly checked in about which items were to be moved as we were taking smaller stuff ourselves. We had some big pieces and two floors at both houses so it was a decent job. We noticed some scuff marks on our cream couch afterwards but no major stains and nothing got broken in the move. We will always book movers from now on – this is our second time moving and booking via Wisemove and it's such a relief, so thanks heaps team, makes the biggest difference and we really appreciate the extra hands.

I had a fantastic experience with this moving company for my move from Auckland to Christchurch (Rolleston). The team was extremely professional, friendly and well organised. They picked up and delivered everything right on time. Even though my new house has a steep driveway and their large truck couldn't come down due to overhead electrical wires, they handled the situation very professionally and made sure everything went smoothly without any issues. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. Great job, and thank you for making our move stress-free!
