    About our economy service
    Our economy service keeps prices low by consolidating multiple customers' freight together. This service is atĀ ownersĀ riskĀ and may not be suitable for some urgent deliveries or fragile/loose freight.Ā 

    Delivery times
    Local = 1-2 working daysĀ 
    Inter City = 3- 10 working daysĀ 

    Economy Service TermsĀ 
    - Pick up /deliveries are between 8am - 6pm
    - Strictly no time restrictive pick up/delivery requests (e.g. pick up 11am)
    - All Freight carried atĀ ownersĀ risk -Ā  No cover for damage or loss
    - Freight must be on a pallet and / or well packaged, and freight ready prior to collection
    - Fragile items may be broken or damaged
    - Packaging is entirely the customers responsibility (even if freight plus attaches the item to a palletĀ after collection)
    -Cubic volume is calculated in square box format using the outermost points in length, width, in height
    - If your item is >50kg and/or requires > than 2 people to lift we ask that you have someone available to help the driver.

    Communication from base was a bit slow as the pickup and delivery was quite fast, occuring before questions answered, I expected a delay as mentioned on their booking confirmation but it all happened very quickly within 2 days which is great! I will use Wise Move and the carrier again and do recommend using this servicešŸšššŸ‘
