We can store your items as well if you need temporary storage. Storage options avilable in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch

*We don't assemble or disassemble. Nor take whiteware off the cabinets or whatso ever.


Our staff are happy to assist putting furniture in rooms where needed but all done at owners risk. No liability taken .No assembly or dis assembly.

Television Sets
Please note:
TVs which are not in a box, don't qualify for Goods in Transit insurance if damaged.
Customers responsibility to box ( ALL CARE TAKEN BUT)

ALL MIRRORS ARE TO BE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED.
WE DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF BROKEN / CRACKED.
FOR MIRRORS AS THEY ARE VERY FRAGILE.WE WILL TRY OUR BEST THOUGH.NO CLAIMS CONSIDERED.


Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
In the event of Cancellations or change of mind the following applies:

Pickup Cancellations 72 hours or earlier :
30% of full booking costs

Pickup cancellations 24 to 72hours prior to pick up or : 50 % charge of total costs

Pickup cancellations 24 hrs or less: 100% liability of full costs

SOUTH ISLAND BOOKINGS
if a ferry has been booked, and customer cancels , then the customer is liable for full ferry costs, plus any cancellations as above will apply too.

When booking :
_ please note quotes are for inventory list mentioned in Wise Move. We don't charge by hour but according to inventory list provided by you. Anything extra will be extra charge, or left behind

We are a specialized transport company that use purpose designed and built fully 'Enclosed' trailers for protection from the elements.

Insurance:
Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 - Limited Carriers Risk

This means that Traxx Transport Limited, trading as Traxx Direct Transport is not responsible for damage, theft or vehicle contents. This extends to while in transit, parked or stored. Unless in the unlikely event we are at fault, our insurance covers up to $2000 incl GST for any liable damage only.

All non-runners and pre-damaged vehicles are relocated at the owner's risk.

We recommend having comprehensive insurance cover in place and ensuring your policy extends to "in transit between places in New Zealand". This covers your vehicle when using a professional transport provider, by definition a company with a Transport Service Licence.
